Printer is a peripheral device connected to any computing gadget that produces a hardcopy usually printed on paper.

That's as basic I can get. For all those office documents needed in daily transactions, it is the office printer that makes copies of documents for office personnel's use.

Technological advancements have offered us a lot of types and brands of printers. They are as ubiquitous as computers nowadays. Common types of printers are inkjet printers and laser printers.
